Return Policy

All Shadeidea products allowed return without any hassle, detailed below:

 

• Bought wrong item, return it within 30 days from order date;
• Received defect item, return it back, we will send replacement item very soon;
• Customized items returning are not allowed because we produce that un-standard item after your required order, but if defect, we will make another one as replacement.
